What if I'm a future missionary?
Great! After you order, we’ll send you instructions on how to add us to your email list. We will collect your emails each week and when you’re home, send you a PDF to approve. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll send you a hardcover book!
What if I'm a current missionary?
Great! After you order, we’ll send you instructions on how to send us any emails you’ve already done and add us to your email list for the future. We will collect your emails each week and when you’re home, send you a PDF to approve. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll send you a hardcover book!
What if I'm a returned missionary?
Great! After you order, we’ll send you instructions on how to send us your emails. After everything is sent, you can expect a PDF in 3-5 buisness days. Once that PDF is approved, we’ll send you a hardcover book!
What does the payment cover?
Your payment will cover your book, with your selected preferences (determined at checkout) of up to 300 pages.
What can I add to my book?
Anything you want! We recommend adding all your weekly emails and photos, mission call, talks, homecoming photos, and farewell photos! However, we can make anything work, just let us know when you order.
How long does it take to make a missionary email book?
Once you have sent us everything you want included in the book, it will take 3-5 business days for us to format everything into a pdf. Once you have looked over and approved the pdf, and sent your final payment, you can expect to receive your book within 3 weeks.
Can I have emojis in my mission book?
Yes! All books print all the emojis you had in your emails.
Please note: Our editing program uses Samsung-style emojis (not Apple).
How do I send my missionary emails to you?
Forward them one by one and make sure your photos send as attachments.

What if my book is over 300 pages?
If your book is over 300 pages, we will charge you 70c per extra page. Once your book becomes 400 pages, we will need to print a second volume, and we will charge our standard book rates, depending on your preferences at checkout. If your book exceeds 400 pages, please allow us extra time to work on it (greater than 5 business days, which is our standard turnaround).
What kinds of photos do you support?
- Supported file types: JPG and PNG
- We support files sent as attachments (this does not include drive links).
- If photos are not supported, we will either:
- Charge a $20 hourly formatting fee, or
- Upgrade your order from our standard email service to our blog service
What's the difference between Standard and Premium printing?
Premium printing has thicker pages and more vibrant colors. See this video for an example.
Do you proofread the mission books?
The price includes copying emails exactly as they are. Grammar or wording edits will incur an hourly fee. Let us know if you would like that!
Can I change the format of my book?
Let us know upfront if you want major formatting changes! We’re happy to make adjustments at the start for free, but changes after the book is complete will incur an hourly fee.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes we do! If you have a friend who orders, have them email us your full name and we will give them $10 off and Venmo you $10!
Can I sign up for someone else?
Absolutely! You’ll just need access to everything you want in their book.

What if my photos are saved to a Google Photos?
- If your missionary only sent Google Photos (no attachments in emails), a $20 extra fee covers formatting for up to 800 photos.
- If your missionary sent photos as attachments in their emails but you also want to add a Google Photos album to the back of your book, the $20 extra fee covers 100 photos. This fee is not charged if your extra photos are sent as email attachments.
- Unfortunately, we can’t tell which Google photos are supposed to go with which email. So, if you’d like photos for each email, you’ll need to separate them into albums titled the corresponding email’s title, and send us the links in order of emails. Otherwise, we will format all of the Google Photos in the back of the book.
- Please ensure that your albums allow anyone with the link to access while your book is being created – we work on books as a team!
Can I order multiple copies of my book?
Yes! Each additional copy is $100 (or $150 for Premium printing).

Do I need to pay tax/shipping on my order?
We are required by the state of Utah to charge a 7.25% sales tax to people who are receiving their book in Utah. Otherwise, there is no tax charge. We also offer free shipping when you sign up for our newsletter!
What if I'm ordering for multiple missionaries?
Awesome! We do offer bulk discounts, so reach out to us before you order!
After you order, please send everything for one missionary, tell us that’s done, then the next, etc. We will not sort through emails for multiple missionaries that were not sent in individual groups.
Can I have my book's photos in a specific order?
We do not place photos in a specific order within emails or albums. This allows us to maximize book space.
Can I keep my book's PDF?
Yes! When we finish your design, we’ll send you an email with the Canva link.
To download your book:
1. Click the Canva link
2. Click the “Share” button in the right-hand corner
3. Click “Download”
4. Switch the file type to “PDF Print” for highest quality
5. Click the purple “Download” button
It should download if you follow these steps, but please email us if you have any trouble!
