How to Create Your Missionary Email and Missionary Photo Book:

Process Instructions From Start to Finish!

General Info:

• We take future, current, and returned missionaries!
• The process from placing your order to receiving your book (for RM’s) usually takes about 4 weeks, depending on how fast you send over your book’s content and how fast you, later, approve your PDF.
• You can send whatever you’d like to be included in your book. Popular extras besides emails and photos include mission call, talks, MyPlan PDFs, etc. Extra fees apply to books that exceed our 300-page limit (see FAQ for more info).

Step 2: Ready to order?

To order your missionary photo book (with emails, talks, etc.), click the Sign Up tab and follow the checkout steps. We’ll ask you some questions about your preferences (like whether you want Standard or Premium printing – see this video for the differences), as well as some information we’ll need for the cover like the missionary name, dates, location, etc. 

Step 3: Check your email

After we receive your payment, we’ll send you instructions on how to send us your mission emails or add us to your email list. (Be sure to check your spam folder just in case!)

• RM’s: Send over everything you’d like in your book and let us know when that’s done!
• Future/Current Missionaries: Send over everything generated from before ordering, and add us to the missionary’s email list so that we can continue collecting from there!

Step 4: Wait about a week

We will typically get your initial Missionary Email Book draft done within 5 business days, but it could be a bit later around high-volume times (like Christmas)

Step 5: Review your design

You will get an email with a Canva link to review your design. Feel free to comment any changes you’d like us to make before we print. Books are scheduled to print 5 business days after this email is sent.

• We’re happy to make minor changes free of charge, but any major formatting changes and additions to the book will incur an hourly fee

Step 6: Wait 3 weeks

You can expect to receive your book within 3 weeks of approving your design

Step 7: Share with friends!

When your missionary photo book comes in, you’ll receive a flier with more info on our affiliate program. If someone orders and lets us know that you sent them, they’ll get a $10 refund on their order and you’ll get a $10 Venmo.
